Understanding the Definition of Medical related Fitness

Being a Conditioning Professional, it is my job to understand terms and definitions which can be commonplace to this industry, also to keep abreast of evolving trends. Through my experience, I've discovered that a number of terms deserve a little more clarification than that which they are granted.

Besides clarifying the definition of Health Related Fitness, this article offers to shed some light with a few of the associated terms, and show their respective distinctions.

Is it simply all inside a name?
